The Faculty of Pharmacy and the Deanship of Student Affairs at An-Najah National University inaugurated the Sixth Pharmacy Training Conference on May 5, 2025, under the theme “Steps Without Borders”, organized by the International Pharmaceutical Students’ Federation (IPSF) – An-Najah chapter. The event reflects the University’s commitment to the UN Sustainable Development Goals, particularly quality education, good health, sustainable communities, and partnerships.


Held at the New Campus, the conference brought together over 800 students from universities across Palestine, alongside faculty members, trainers, pharmaceutical professionals, and representatives from 12 sponsoring companies.

University President, Prof. Abdel Naser Zaid, praised the efforts of the Faculty and the IPSF, noting the conference as a model of student-driven excellence and interdisciplinary collaboration. The event also celebrated the graduation of the first cohort of students in the university’s Cosmetics program.

Key speakers included representatives from the Palestinian Pharmacists’ Syndicate, the Faculty of Pharmacy, and industry sponsors, all highlighting the importance of academic-industry collaboration in enhancing pharmacy training and career readiness.

The conference featured company exhibitions, workshops, and interactive sessions, reinforcing An-Najah’s role as a regional leader in pharmaceutical education and student engagement.
