The Pharmaceutical Students’ Federation at An-Najah National University organized a session titled “Patient Care and Pharmaceutical Counseling” with Dr. Shatha Hannoun, the Pharmaceutical Training Coordinator at the Faculty of Pharmacy. The session focused on developing pharmacists’ skills in providing pharmaceutical consultations and effective communication with patients.
The session covered evidence-based pharmaceutical counseling approaches and best practices in patient communication and included practical applications and case studies aimed at enhancing patient trust and improving their overall experience.
