As part of the blessed month of Ramadan, Pharmaceutical Students’ Federation organized a distinguished webinar titled “Ramadan Without Fatigue: Balancing Time and Physical Well-being.”

The session was delivered by Dr. Ola Ayesh, who provided valuable insights on how to manage time effectively during Ramadan, maintain proper nutrition between Iftar and Suhoor, and preserve energy levels to ensure a healthier and more balanced daily routine.

Throughout the webinar, participants engaged with practical tips and evidence-based recommendations that aimed to enhance both physical well-being and productivity during the holy month. The session also emphasized the importance of adopting sustainable habits that support overall health while fulfilling daily responsibilities.

The webinar, held on Saturday, February 21 at 3:00 PM via Zoom, created an informative and interactive environment that encouraged participants to reflect on their routines and adopt healthier, more balanced lifestyles during Ramadan.
