The faculty places great importance on scientific research. Faculty members have won numerous awards for their research, and many have been ranked among the top 2% of researchers worldwide according to the Stanford University ranking.

The Department of Scientific Research and Medical Projects was established to develop the Palestinian healthcare system through scientific research and to create a supportive environment that promotes a culture of research and study within the Faculty of Pharmacy.

Research Objectives:

• Linking the unit’s research-based policy to the university’s mission, vision, and goals.
• Promoting scientific research within the Faculty of Pharmacy.
• Contributing to the study of community issues and creating solutions.
• Developing research strategies and planning implementation mechanisms in pharmacy.
• Providing a research information bank related to the Faculty of Pharmacy.
• Encouraging faculty members to participate in conferences and seminars.
• Conducting activities that help develop research capacities within the faculty.
